At Up There Athletics, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of outdoor use.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
